Rosh Haayin, Israel —February 7, 2023 —  odix, an Israel-based cybersecurity leader in File-Based malware prevention solutions, announced today the launch of a new service- FileDiligence.

The FileDiligence service provides an advanced and scalable method to scan and sanitize files. The process is based on odix’s patented Deep File Analysis technology containing TrueCDR™ (Content Disarm and Reconstruction) algorithm which effectively eliminates malicious code from files.

“We decided to launch the FileDiligence service as we got demand from potential and existing customers who are looking for mass file sanitization capabilities”, said odix CEO, Dr. Oren Eytan.

Executing a company merger or acquisition does not solely involve a financial transaction, it has a significant impact on almost every department in both entities. A major effect is related to the Information Security required while merging IT systems in general and the massive number of files transmitted from one data center to the other in particular.

Dr. Eytan continues “we deployed the FileDiligence service for a large financial institution that acquired another company and had to merge the data center of the acquired company to the main data center. We applied our unique TrueCDR™ algorithms and sanitized tens of millions of files in a few weeks”.

The FileDiligence service can also serve companies that experienced a cyber incident in the past or have doubts that they might be hacked. The service enables companies to validate that there are no hidden zero days or exploits across files within their data center/s.

FileDiligence enables companies to set up easily odix’s instances and run the sanitization process in the needed capacity and timeline. The service is offered for a monthly subscription model ensuring maximum flexibility and is available for purchase on the Azure marketplace or via odix’s partners who were certified to provide the FileDiligence service.Dr. Eytan summarizes, “FileDiligence introduces an attractive security service for CISOs/CIOs who are looking for an efficient, scalable, and proven way to protect files stored in their data centers. Regardless if the files are stored on-prem, in a private cloud, or at collaboration services such as Microsoft OneDrive.”

FileDiligence is now available for direct purchase through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, or via the odix certified partners.
