Cyber company odix announces that Major-General (Res.) Uzi Moscovici, former head of the Cyber Communications and Defense Division of the Israel Defense Forces, is joining the company’s Advisory Board. Moscovich has filled a variety of senior positions in the IDF and the business market, including commander of the 162nd Division, commander of the Tze’elim military base and Operations Officer of the IDF’s Central Command. Between 2011 and 2016 he served as head of the IDF’s Computer and IT Directorate, and following his discharge was appointed Vice-President of the Missile Division of Israel Aerospace Industries. He currently serves as CEO of Wave Guard Technologies and is a board member of Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings.

Moscovich is considered an expert in the cyber field with extensive experience in managing large systems, a technological background and expertise in developing innovation in the security sphere. Moscovich has a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and two M.A. degrees, in Business Administration and Strategy from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University and in Strategy and Political Science from the US Army War College.

odix’s Board of Directors includes former senior officials in security bodies and business sector executives, including former CEO of IBM Israel Meir Nissanson, who serves as Chairman of the Board; Baruch Gindin, former CEO of Gartner Israel and currently CEO of the Comset consulting company and coordinator of high-tech investment at Club 100 Plus; and Dr. Nathan Zommer, a board member at Littelfuse since 2018, when the Chicago-based multinational acquired the Ixys semiconductor company that he founded and managed in a deal incorporating stock conversion estimated at $750 million.
